- This table lists all antivirus policies.
- Create an Antivirus Policy
- Opens a page that allows you to create an antivirus policy.
- Enable antivirus policy
- Specifies whether the antivirus policy is enabled.
- Policy Name
- Specifies the name of the antivirus policy.
- Description
- Specifies an optional description of the policy.
- Path
- Specifies the file path of a directory that will be scanned by the policy.
- Add another directory
- Scans an additional directory.
- Recursion Depth
- Specifies how much of the specified directories you want to scan.
- Full recursion
- Scans all subdirectories of the specified directories.
- Limit depth
- Scans the specified number of subdirectories of the given directories.
- Enable force run of policy regardless of impact policy
- Specifies whether the policy scans all files regardless of whether OneFS has marked files as having been scanned, or if global settings specify that certain files should not be scanned.
- Impact Policy
- Specifies the impact policy of antivirus scan jobs that are created by the policy.

- Manual
- Only runs the policy if the policy is manually started.

- Runs the policy according to a schedule.
- Daily
- Specifies schedule in terms of days.
- Run policy every <integer> <day>
- Runs jobs only after the specified number of days have passed. For example, if you scheduled jobs to run every two days, the policy would run jobs every other day.
- Weekly
- Specifies schedule in terms of weeks.
- Run policy every <integer> week(s)
- Runs jobs only after the specified number of weeks have passed. For example, if you scheduled jobs to run every two weeks, the policy would run jobs every other week.
- Monday
- Runs the policy on Mondays of the given weeks.
- Tuesday
- Runs the policy on Tuesdays of the given weeks.
- Wednesday
- Runs the policy on Wednesdays of the given weeks.
- Thursday
- Runs the policy on Thursdays of the given weeks.
- Friday
- Runs the policy on Fridays of the given weeks.
- Saturday
- Runs the policy on Saturdays of the given weeks.
- Sunday
- Runs the policy on Sundays of the given weeks.
- Monthly
- Specifies schedule in terms of months.
- Run policy every <integer> month(s)
- Runs jobs only after the specified number of months have passed. For example, if you scheduled jobs to run every two months, the policy would run jobs every other month.
- Select policy day by
- Determines whether you can specify which days the policy is run by a day of the week or a specific date.
- Run policy on the <variable> <weekday>
- Runs the policy only on the specified day of the week.
- Run policy on the <variable> {Day | Weekday}
- Runs the policy only on the specified day of the month. For example, you can configure a policy to run on the first day of each month or on the third weekday of each month.

- Runs the policy only on a day in the specified month.
