The following information and controls are available at Cluster Management > General Settings > ESRS.

Enable ERSRS gateway Support
Specifies whether support ESRS is enabled on the Isilon cluster.
Primary ESRS Gateway Server
Specifies the primary ESRS gateway server. The gateway server acts as the single point of entry and exit for IP-based remote support activities and monitoring notifications. You can specify the gateway as an IPv4 address or the gateway name.
Secondary ESRS Gateway Server
Specifies an optional secondary ESRS gateway server that acts as a failover server. You can specify the gateway as an IPv4 address or the gateway name.
Gateway Access Pools
Specifies the IP address pools on the Isilon cluster that will handle remote support connections through the ESRS gateway.

The IP address pools must belong to a subnet under groupnet0, which is the default system groupnet.

We recommend that you designate pools with static IP addresses that are dedicated to remote connections through ESRS.

Available Pools
Table that displays IP address pools that are eligible to be added to the list of gateway access pools.
Selected Pools
Table that displays IP address pools that have been added to the list of gateway access pools.
Add
Button that enables you to move an available pool to the list of selected gateway access pools.
Remove
Button that enables you to move a selected gateway access pools back to the list of available pools.
Use SMTP if ESRS transmission fails
The value that the node reports when responding to queries. Use a name that helps to identify the location of the node.
Specifies whether to send event notifications to a failover SMTP address upon ESRS transmission failure. The SMTP email address is specified through the isi email command.
Send email if ESRS transmission fails
Specifies whether to send an alert to a customer email address upon failure of other notification methods. The customer email address is specified through the isi_promptesrs -e command.
Revert Changes
Dismisses any changes you have made to the ESRS settings.
Save Changes
Saves all changes you have made to the ESRS settings.
