The cluster lost connection to the EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS) gateway server.

In order for the cluster to activate ESRS services, OneFS must communicate with the ESRS gateway server. This event might be the result of the following issues:

Administrator action

Verify your ESRS configuration in OneFS. For information regarding ESRS configuration, refer to the OneFS Web Administration Guide or OneFS CLI Administration Guide.

Confirm that your ESRS gateway server is powered up and connected to the cluster's external network.

If the event persists, gather logs, and then contact EMC Isilon Technical Support for additional troubleshooting. For instructions, see Gathering cluster logs.
