The SyncIQ license is inactive on the cluster.

Administrator action

  1. Verify that a SyncIQ license is active on the cluster by running the following command: 
    isi licenses

    The output will indicate which modules are licensed on the cluster.

  2. If you have a valid SyncIQ license, you can activate the license on the cluster.
  3. If you do not have a valid SyncIQ license, contact your EMC Isilon sales representative.
